The employee lifecycle. Leave and attendance feed Payroll; termination cancels pending leave and can deactivate the user.

Recruit
Requisition → applicants → offer. Hire creates the employee (and later a user if they log in).
Onboard
Checklists and documents after the hire is committed — not before.
Work: leave and time
Employees request leave in Self-Service. Approval updates balances for the year of the leave start date. Timesheets and attendance anomalies feed payroll readiness.
Offboard
Terminate: pending leave is cancelled, access can be revoked, and payroll stops for future periods.
