FAQ
Can F&B replace counter POS software? No. Counter sales are recorded in the POS app. F&B receives those sales as kitchen tickets and shows them on the dashboard.
Do sales reach the kitchen automatically? Yes, for POS shops selected in outlet settings. Sales from other shops are skipped.
Can I create an order in F&B? Yes, online or phone orders in F&B → Online Ordering. They are priced from the menu and create a kitchen ticket.
Do recipes deduct ingredient stock automatically? No. Recipes show an estimated cost only; stock deduction is a separate project.
Can it receive orders automatically from GrabFood/ShopeeFood? Not yet. You can only declare channels and view orders already in the system.
How does loyalty work? You enroll members by phone number, add points after each purchase, and redeem points in F&B → Loyalty; tiers update automatically.
Troubleshooting
- Kitchen empty after a POS sale: select the POS shop in outlet settings.
- Estimated cost looks low: check the unpriced ingredient count on the recipe.
- Access denied on a button: your role lacks the needed
