Viewing payslips
When to use
Use this after each pay run to check what you were paid, and any time you need a payslip for a loan or tax. You can also see how each number was worked out.
Before you start
- Permission:
hr:own. - Only approved or paid payslips appear; drafts are never shown.
- Payslips are tied to your own record and company; you cannot open anyone else’s.
Open payslips
Go to Self-Service → Payslips to see every pay period, most recent first.
Review the breakdown
Open a payslip to see gross pay, allowances, deductions (tax, social insurance), and net pay for that period.
Download for records
Download the payslip as a PDF for your own records, loan applications, or tax filing.

What you can do on a payslip

Salary advance requests are also made from the portal.
Tips & common mistakes
- If a period is missing, the run is probably not approved yet; ask Payroll.
- Use Explain before raising a question; it often answers it.
- Keep the PDF for loan applications.
- Check your tax and insurance details in the profile if a deduction looks wrong.
