Carrier performance

Logistics → Reports compares delivery performance and cost across carriers. The Logistics Coordinator assistant provides analysis and suggestions (e.g. late-delivery prediction) but does not dispatch vehicles or call carriers.

When to use

Use it when reviewing on-time delivery, comparing carriers, or checking shipping cost before renegotiating or changing carriers.

Before you start

• Permission: analytics:logistics is required for the report data; logistics:read for the overview dashboard.
• Reports filter by company only, not by own / team scope.
• No feature toggles apply.

Tips & common mistakes

• Reports are only as good as the statuses entered; because carrier statuses are updated by hand, late updates distort on-time figures.
• Compare carriers over the same period and similar routes.
• The assistant gives analysis and suggestions only; it does not dispatch vehicles or contact carriers.
• Cost analysis relies on shipment data being filled in, so complete it when closing shipments.
