Dispatch
Assign a technician by skill, location, and calendar. FS Dispatcher can score fit.
Execute
Mobile job card, checklist, photos. Van stock issues parts; shortages can trigger logistics.
Complete and accept
A completion code closes the technical work. Customer acceptance is a separate gate when required. Only then is billing safe.
Bill
Time, parts, and fees roll to invoice as in service order to invoice.
