Workflows & examples

  1. Go to Marketing Channels → New Channel and pick a preset (or Custom) to prefill the UTM source/medium.
  2. Enter a destination URL — the page the link should land on.
  3. Save to get the channel’s tracking link, and paste it into the ad, email, Zalo message, or QR code where the traffic originates.
  4. Assign the channel to a campaign so its clicks and conversions roll up into that campaign’s ROI.

2. Generate a content piece with AI

  1. Add reference material to Content Library — product descriptions, brand guidelines, past copy — so it’s available as retrieval context.
  2. Open Content Generate, choose a content type and topic, optionally select specific library sources, and set tone/length.
  3. Review the AI draft and save it — it becomes a Content Piece in draft status.
  4. Move it through review and mark it published, then attach it to a campaign.

3. Check which channel is driving your Hot Leads

  1. Open Product & Marketing → Hot Leads and pick a top-scoring prospect.
  2. Open the lead’s detail page — it shows the channel that captured the lead alongside its score.
  3. Cross-check the channel in Channel Performance or Attribution to see conversion rate and revenue for that source, not just click volume.
  4. Reallocate campaign budget toward the channels that show up here consistently.

4. Launch a campaign end-to-end

  1. Draft copy in Content Generate using Content Library context; save as Content Pieces.
  2. Create a Campaign with budget, schedule, audience, and the channels it runs on (each channel already has its tracking link).
  3. Launch; leads arrive tagged with their source channel because they came in through the tracking link.
  4. Review Campaign ROI and Attribution to see which channels produced revenue.

5. Maintain the sellable catalog

  1. Go to Product Catalog → New Product and pick the type (service/subscription/digital/bundle).
  2. Set pricing and mark it sellable.
  3. The item appears in the Sales line-item picker for quotes and orders.
