Limits, troubleshooting & FAQ
What’s the difference between this catalog and Inventory? This catalog holds non-stock sellables — services, subscriptions, digital products, and bundles that never decrement warehouse quantity. Physical goods you count and ship live in Inventory. A single Sales picker surfaces both, each tagged stock vs. non-stock.
Do I need to connect a Facebook, Google, or TikTok ad account to track a channel? No. A channel is a tracking link with a UTM source/medium and a destination URL — you create it in XBuddy and paste the link wherever the traffic originates. There’s no ad-account sign-in step; clicks and conversions are measured through the tracking link itself, not through an ads-platform integration.
How does attribution know which channel produced a lead? Every channel’s tracking link records a click before redirecting the visitor to its destination, and that click carries the channel’s UTM data. If the visitor later becomes a lead, that data is attached to the lead and rolled up in the Attribution report, mapping the lead and its resulting revenue back to a channel.
Is the AI content on-brand? Content Generate retrieves the most relevant passages from your Content Library (brand guidelines, prior copy, product data) — either from the whole library or from sources you select — and uses that as context, so drafts follow your tone and facts. You review and approve before anything becomes a published Content Piece.
How is a lead’s score calculated, and can I change the weighting? A scoring model combines engagement, demographic, behavioral, and campaign signals into a single 0–100 score with a letter grade. You configure the point rules and weight for each signal group in Lead Scoring, and mark one model as the company default — that’s the model Hot Leads and the CRM lead page both read from.
How are Hot Leads chosen? They’re the leads scored grade B or above (score ≥ 80) under your default scoring model — auto-curated so reps focus effort where it’s most likely to convert. The score recalculates automatically as a lead is created, changes stage, converts, or picks up a new campaign touchpoint.
Can I measure campaign return, not just clicks? Yes. Campaign ROI compares spend against attributed pipeline and closed revenue, so you see actual return rather than surface engagement metrics.
What happens to a content piece after I save it?
It starts in draft status. Move it to review when it’s ready for a second pair of eyes, then published once it’s approved for use — you can attach a published piece to a campaign or export it. archived retires it without deleting the record.
