Outlet settings
Per-outlet configuration for the kitchen and for which POS shops feed it.
When to use
- You are setting up a new outlet.
- Sales are not reaching the kitchen or the dashboard.
Before you start
- Permission:
pos:adminto change settings. - Toggles: none; settings live on the outlet itself.
Configure the outlet
Open Settings
Go to F&B → Settings (/fnb/settings).
Set operating basics
Enter estimated prep time, minimum order amount, operating hours and the bump-bar timeout.
Select POS shops
Choose the POS shops that belong to this outlet. A shop from another company is rejected.
Save
Save and check the dashboard and kitchen display.
Tips & common mistakes
- An empty shop list means all POS shops count for revenue but none send tickets to the kitchen.
- Review the shop list whenever a new POS shop is opened.
- Saving settings needs
pos:admin; ask an administrator if you are denied.
