Author the agreement
From a deal, SM cover, PO, or standalone template. Clause review can run against your playbook.
Collect signatures
A signature request names the entity type and id. All signers complete before the source is “signed”.
Amend
Like SM amendments: draft → sign → effective → recalc. Do not edit a signed PDF in place.
