Onboarding turns a new customer’s first weeks into a tracked, repeatable process using templates so every customer gets a consistent start.
How it works: an Onboarding Template is a reusable blueprint of milestones; launching it against a new account creates a live onboarding plan with its own owners and progress, independent of the template it came from.
Start from a template
Go to Customer Success → Onboarding Templates, pick a template, and launch an onboarding plan for the new account.
Work the steps
The plan appears under Customer Success → Onboarding with milestones and owners; check off steps as they complete.
Graduate to steady state
When onboarding finishes, the account transitions to normal health tracking and its assigned playbooks.
